Well for some reason the doctor has kind of stepped back from his practice and he's letting an untrained unprofessional girl name Brittney run his office. He isn't affiliated with any Hospital in Baytown and Britney will tell you the reason they don't do that is because the doctor's exact words is do you want to work past 5:00 and I've had surgeons and doctors in the last year try to reach him for my Hospital stay in different things that unsuccessful you cannot reach them you can't get an appointment with them cuz he's only seeing a new patients or he's only doing procedures or and then today I found out he only works three days a week he works two days like Monday and Thursday in Baytown and Wednesday I believe in Humble and Brittany is the next in charge this girl is like so unprofessional I don't know if it's like a personal relationship with them but you can even see the difference in the staff she was on vacation a few weeks ago they were also happy and now it's like so dark and everybody's miserable and she comes smiling through there she just she did trigger point injections on me and stuck me with the same needle over and over not only is that not correct I have an autoimmune disease that should have never happened to begin with there's so many more things to this that will come out soon and I'm just saying for those that I've sent there that I've used them that I do apologize because he used to be an awesome doctor but now it's just about putting money I guess in the pockets Britney says that she's trying to get him to let her do her mental health there because it puts money in her pocket in his now why would you tell your patience that especially a little girl that has doesn't even have her certification or hasn't graduated and when you see her demeanor she said never ever be doing any type of Mental Health especially with patience that are sick they know nothing about your background they won't take copies of your hospital records and my primary hasn't gotten one clinical note and over 3 years it's just crazy it's crazy I do thank you for taking care of me when you did in the first few years of Dr o'keezy I hate to see your practice turn out this way and also I think it's so unprofessional for you to speak badly about another doctor that used to work for down the road to many of your patients that have used him that just doesn't say a whole lot for you I wish you well and your practice and I hope that it gets better before it gets a whole lot worse

Every staff members are very professional and kind , Dr.Okezie is an excellent Dr, I highly recommend him.

I have been treating with ISPM for about a year now. On each visit, it is still so refreshing to see an office full of friendly, professional faces who truly seem to enjoy their jobs...very hard to find these days. Everyone is wonderful and Jacarra has truly been a God-send at helping me pin-point the areas causing me the most pain. I doubt I will ever be "pain free" but its nice to finally find some relief from my chronic pain.

I recently moved here to Texas I am a chronic care patient whom has been with pain management for many years I had to establish care here in Texas since I live here now I actually was sent to Dr OKEZIE by someone who attends his practice to only get my $250 taken! I was looking forward to getting my quality of life back from someone I thought would help me only to be sent away to talk to a psychiatrist whom also charges $250 NEVER in my almost 20 years of pain management have I ever had to talk to a psychologist for treatment this is so unprofessional! And if it was actually protocol why wasn’t the other female that was also her first time sent to see a psychiatrist why wasn’t I the only one I had my blood pressure taken and it was noted I was in severe pain and also noted I was also out of my medication only had a few hours left but they didn’t care I found it very strange that the NP still wanted to sign me up for an injection without seeing a psychiatrist. If I had to talk to a psychiatrist shouldn’t I wait to be cleared for everything before anything is scheduled I am very disappointed at this office I really was looking forward ward to getting a injection to see if that would stop this constant pain but yet they took my money and referred me a to a psychiatrist whom I reached out to last week and he never returned my call VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ! Thanks for taking my money and not helping me

Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was super nice. Dr. Okezie was very attentive to my answers and explained everything in detail. I wish I had seen him sooner. I wouldn’t have had to endure the pain I have been having for so long. I highly recommend Dr. Okezie. A++ for the friendly personality from everyone.
